The acquisition of Tano FoodCon Group is part of ALECTIA’s growth strategy and strengthens the company’s position as the leading consultant to the Danish and international food industry. The acquisition is ALECTIA’s eighth acquisition since 2005.
Tano FoodCon Group consists of the companies Tano Food Consult and Dan Knowhow in Denmark, and FoodCon in Norway. Tano FoodCon Group provides consulting services to the Danish and international meat and fish industries.
The consulting services range from traditional engineering consulting to expert consulting related to the production processes of the food industry, including food safety and hygiene.
