ALECTIA A/S is one of the leading consulting companies in Denmark.

ALECTIA solves tasks within construction, pharma, breweries, hospitals, dairy, water, food and occupational health and safety. We have specialised competencies within client's advice, environment, fire, energy and fully automatic parking facilities.

ALECTIA has clients all over the world. Our 850 employees are distributed all over Denmark, with the majority in the main office in Virum north of Copenhagen and the rest in offices in Roskilde, Århus, Aalborg, Kolding, Odense, Nyborg. ALECTIA also has an office in London with approx. 30 employees. A significant number of ALECTIA employees are stationed abroad.

ALECTIA acquired the brewery consulting company Danbrew in 2005 and occupational health consultants Dansk Arbejdsmiljø and JobLiv Danmark in 2005 and 2006. In 2007 ALECTIA bought the water consulting company Watertech and later that year the dairy consulting company MA-Project.

In 2008, ALECTIA acquired its first company abroad, the UK-based Penborn Technical Services Ltd., a consulting engineering company focusing primarily on breweries and dairies.

2009 started with the acquisition of Maersk Construction, the building consulting service from Lindø Byg A/S. Quickly thereafter, ALECTIA took over Tano FoodCon Group. With the acquisition of Tano FoodCon Group, ALECTIA entered an important market segment of the global food industry, i.e. the meat and fishing industries.

ALECTIA's acquisitions have given us a market-leading position within breweries and occupational health and safety and has made us a major contestant within water supply, food and dairy consultancy. The acquisitions are part of our growth strategy and our aim to expand our range of services.

ALECTIA is a member of the Danish association of consulting engineers F.R.I.

ALECTIA is owned by the ALECTIA-Foundation.
